I don't feel like facing all of them today, but suffice it to say I've never been comfortable with all of Easter, either; we tend to forget Passover - it's a FESTIVAL that celebrates that REDEMPTION COMES THROUGH DEATH - Christ's death, and our death to self, TO RESURRECTION. :)
Hope you're having a wonderful day, beloved! The show's in crunch mode, and my brain's totally frizzled. :D Talk again soon!

Lori, I'm sorry I've not been in touch more, as well. It's crunch time for us too, but not like yours. As they say, "The show must go on!"
Just wanted to send my love and say I'm thinking of you.
Nancy
I just wanted you to know that even though I dont make it here often each of you are in my prayers and thoughts. I think of you often. ((HUGS))
Hi Lori,
I tagged you today to do a meme about eight things readers don't know about you. I hope you will play the game, but don't feel obligated if you would rather not.
Have a great weekend.
In a way, I've always felt guilty for the death of Christ. However, and as you may know already, scripture emphasizes that the death of Christ was ordained and appointed by God Himself. His sovereign plan makes the deed no less an act of murder by man but God had a redemptive purpose. For all the evil through the hearts of man that led up to the crucifixion, God brought about an infinite good. An eternal good that no one can erase or duplicate. God doesn't work through evil but rather in spite of it. He overcame evil with good. I bless Jesus for His sacrifice and willingness to obey the Father.
I wish you His Joy this Easter.
